📋 Description

• Own Google Ads and LinkedIn end to end: account structure, budgets, bids, audiences, creative
• Build our organic program from a standing start: technical foundation, on-page work, keyword
• Own the programs that fill the top of the funnel: search and social capture, content syndication
• Own the conversion layer of the site: landing pages, A/B testing, form and funnel optimization, and
• Own tracking and reporting for everything above: UTM discipline, Salesforce campaign hygiene, and a
• Work in the platforms daily. No vendor sits between you and the data.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years running performance marketing hands-on for B2B, with real budget ownership.
• Platform fluency you can prove: Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and
• Real SEO chops: you can run a technical audit, brief content, and explain search visibility —
• CRO experience with testing frameworks, not just hunches.
• A pipeline-first mindset: you talk in opportunities and revenue influenced, not just impressions.
• Strong project management and communication — you can run multiple campaigns and stakeholders at
