📋 Description

• Own on-page and technical SEO strategy across payscale.com: keyword strategy, content structure
• Own our approach to AEO — how Payscale content shows up in AI-driven answer engines and adapt
• Track rankings, organic traffic, and share of voice against competitors; surface clear, actionable
• Partner with content, product marketing, and web teams so new pages are built with search
• Monitor the performance of key landing pages across the site regularly, segmented by traffic
• Identify underperforming pages and diagnose the cause — messaging mismatch, wrong audience fit

🎯 Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in SEO, CRO, web analytics, or growth marketing, with a proven track record
• Strong command of SEO tooling and technical fundamentals (Google Search Console, GA4
• Strong GA4 and GTM fluency — comfortable owning tagging, event tracking, and reporting
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools (like Claude or similar) to accelerate analysis and reporting
• Experience analyzing and optimizing site performance by traffic source, persona, or segment
• Comfortable making updates and implementing tests in Webflow or similar CMS platforms as well as
