Digital Marketing Specialist (Multi-Industry)

📋 Description

• Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads
• Collaborate with writers and designers to develop advertising copy and creative assets, then
• Build, schedule, and manage email and SMS campaigns using platforms such as Klaviyo or Mailchimp
• Use ChatGPT and similar artificial intelligence tools to accelerate campaign execution, generate
• Regularly collect and analyze campaign performance data, identify trends and issues, and translate
• Coordinate with design, content, and project management teams to ensure campaigns are prepared

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience managing digital marketing campaigns from planning and execution
• Proven experience running paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and
• Practical proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere for basic creative editing, asset
• Experience creating and managing email or SMS marketing campaigns using Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or
• Fluent written English with the ability to produce clear, persuasive, and customer-facing marketing
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret campaign performance data and turn insights

🎁 Benefits

• Compensation of $1,250 per month during the first 90 days, increasing to $1,500 per month
