Digital Product Manager (AI-Powered Customer Experiences)

📋 Description

• Own and execute a prioritized product roadmap aligned with strategic objectives, customer needs
• Translate complex customer and business challenges into clear problem statements, product
• Manage cross-functional demand by clarifying intent, evaluating opportunities, making tradeoffs
• Partner closely with engineering, UX, architecture, data, and business stakeholders to move
• Use customer research, analytics, and raw data to identify insights, challenge assumptions, measure
• Advocate for intuitive, effective user experiences and contribute meaningfully to solution design

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on product management experience with a strong record of taking products or
• Experience working with AI technologies and platforms such as Google, Anthropic, Azure, or AWS
• Strong understanding of Agile product development practices and experience working effectively in
• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and evolving problem spaces while
• Strong data literacy, including the ability to independently analyze and query data to uncover
