📋 Description

• End-to-End delivery across enterprise client portfolios with agile governance.
• Manage Jira sprints, backlogs, prioritization, and project docs; ensure scope.
• Attend client stand-ups and sprint planning; remove delivery blockers.
• Design and maintain delivery and resourcing plans; headcount needs.
• Track run-rate and capacity; flag gaps early to leads/partners.
• Control project finances: margins, invoicing, and CRM hygiene.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in project/program management for enterprise clients.
• Mastery of agile, Jira sprint management, backlog grooming, client ceremonies.
• Strong financial discipline: track run-rate, budgets, scope creep.
• Design delivery plans and manage cross-functional capacity; flag gaps.
• Excellent communicator; align teams with client expectations.
• Proficient with Jira and Salesforce ecosystems.
