Customer onboarding, workflow analysis and optimization, customer training and application support
Training and supporting sales and marketing with customer presentations, product demos, and
Lead customer meetings, train Intuitive Hub and My Intuitive+ services in clinical settings
Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, surgeons, physicians, nurses, and IT
Monitor and drive digital product utilization, test and troubleshoot installed systems
Educate and prepare customers for My Intuitive+ including onboarding

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent, engineering/life science/medical background preferred
2+ years experience in procedural/OR healthcare software
2+ years experience with clinical project integrations
Prior knowledge of EMR/PACS solutions is an advantage
Background in training clinical and OR staff required
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
