• Monitor, analyze, and communicate marketplace health and performance across key commercial

• Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Analytics, Pricing, and Commercial teams to improve
• Challenge existing approaches and use evidence-based insights to identify opportunities for
• Prepare and deliver executive-level reporting, communicating performance trends, business

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant experience in marketplace, ecommerce, digital trading, performance marketing, product
• Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to interpret complex datasets, identify meaningful
• Proven commercial mindset and ability to translate data and analysis into recommendations that
• Strong stakeholder-management and influencing skills, with the credibility to collaborate across
• Excellent executive communication skills, including confidence presenting insights
• Structured and data-driven problem-solving approach, with a demonstrated ability to identify
