📋 Description

• Follow a written plan of care by a registered nurse
• Provide personal care and companionship services
• Assist with activities of daily living
• Help with household tasks and meal prep
• Assist with mobility and transfers as needed
• Support clients to stay safe and independent at home

🎯 Requirements

• Direct Care Worker, Home Health Aide, or PCA experience welcomed
• Passion for caregiving with empathy and respect
• Ability to travel to clients’ homes
• Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented
• Willingness to complete training and ongoing education
• Strong communication and patient-care focus
