📋 Description

• Follow a nurse-written plan of care to provide personal care
• Provide one-on-one assistance with daily living activities
• Perform household tasks and companionship to support independence
• Support clients in their homes with daily routines
• Receive training and work with a supportive BAYADA team
• Deliver care with compassion, excellence, and reliability

🎯 Requirements

• Previous home health care or patient care welcomed, but not required
• Passion for caregiving and helping others
• Commitment to being present and providing quality care
• Empathy, patience, kindness, and respect
• Ability to travel to clients’ homes as assigned
• Flexible schedules and part-time availability
