Direct Care Worker - DCW

📋 Description

• Following a written plan of care by a registered nurse, provide personal care services, household
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
• Provide household support including light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
• Help with range of motion exercises and ambulation.
• Provide medication reminders.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous home health care or patient care experience (welcome but not required)
• Passion for caregiving and desire to help others
• Commitment to being present and providing quality care
• Empathy, patience, kindness, and respect
• Ability to travel to clients' homes as assigned
• Commitment to deliver patient care with compassion, excellence, and reliability
