Direct Care Worker (DCW) - Adult Care

📋 Description

• Following a nurse's written plan of care to provide personal care and companionship.
• Provide home health aide services and companionship to help clients stay safe at home.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and mobility as needed.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and families through quality care.
• Travel to clients’ homes as assigned.

• Previous home health or patient care welcomed, but not required; training provided.
• Passion for caregiving and helping others.
• Empathy, patience, kindness, and respect.
• Ability to travel to clients’ homes as assigned.
