Direct Support Professional / Caregiver - Float Staff

📋 Description

• Enrich and support the lives of residents in the supported living program while maintaining a safe
• Provide companionship and personalized care with respect and dignity while encouraging independence
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including dressing, bathing, grooming, toileting
• Prepare meals and snacks
• Perform housekeeping and laundry duties
• Provide mobility and transfer assistance, which may include using mechanical lift devices

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of DSP/Caregiving experience is required; experience in residential setting and with
• Must have valid driver's license and vehicle to travel between programs and provide transportation
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule (open availability and weekends required)
• Must be able and willing to learn different supports, from medical to behavioral
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be able to provide references

🎁 Benefits

• Hourly Rate: Starting at $21.50, guaranteed pay increase after 90 days
