📋 Description

• One-on-one DSP care in home & community settings for adults with I/DD.
• Serve as a companion and mentor to help clients reach their potential.
• Accompany clients on errands and appointments.
• Assist with daily tasks like meal prep.
• Participate in community integration activities.
• No experience needed; BAYADA Apprentice Program provides training.

🎯 Requirements

• One year experience with I/DD; if not, paid training available
• High school diploma or equivalent
• No experience required; apprentice program provided
