Direct Support Professional (DSP)

📋 Description

• Work one-on-one with individuals with I/DD to support independence.
• Provide personal care: dressing and grooming.
• Provide transportation to errands, appointments, and outings.
• Engage clients in their hobbies and activities.
• Assist with meals and daily tasks.
• Support community integration activities.

🎯 Requirements

• One year experience working or volunteering with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent (18+).
• Ability to provide transportation to and from appointments, errands and community outings.
• Apprentice program may provide training if you lack this experience.
