Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Supported/Community Living Program

📋 Description

• Work 1:1 with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities in home and in the community
• Provide transportation to community events, hobbies, appointments, shopping trips, and other
• Assist with household duties including cleaning, laundry, meal prep, budgeting, and establishing
• Provide companionship and personalized care while encouraging independence and self-care
• Assist with activities of daily living, including community-based supports
• Help individuals set and achieve goals; assist in overcoming personal barriers

🎯 Requirements

• Valid Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle
• Prefer personal or professional experience working with persons with intellectual or developmental
• Ability to work independently and be resourceful
• Dependable, adaptable, flexible
• Effective communication skills (reading, writing, verbal)
• Ability to maintain professional demeanor and presentation

🎁 Benefits

• Starting wage: $20/hour, guaranteed pay increase after 90 days
