Direct Support Professional / Youth Caregiver

📋 Description

• Enrich and support the lives of our residents while maintaining a safe and healthy environment
• Provide companionship and personalized care while encouraging independence and self-care
• Assist with activities of daily living, including dressing, bathing, grooming, toileting, and eating
• Prepare meals and snacks
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties
• Provide mobility and transfer assistance, which may include using mechanical lift devices

🎯 Requirements

• 6 months of professional work experience supporting vulnerable populations required (ex. caregiver
• Must be 21 years of age or older per Washington state licensing requirements
• High School Diploma or GED
• Good communication skills - reading, writing, and communication skills to document care, follow

🎁 Benefits

• Wage: $19.85
• Full Range Scale $19.85 - $22.15 per hour
• Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-2pm or Tues-Sat 2pm-10pm
