Director, Academic Strategy

📋 Description

• Develop, refine, and execute a K–12 academic strategy aligned with organizational priorities
• Own and continuously improve the K–12 School Playbook and annual school planning process, including
• Manage the Academic Strategy function’s budget and staffing plan, allocating resources effectively
• Ensure academic planning is integrated across instruction, assessment, MTSS, professional learning
• Design and lead rigorous Playbook review and feedback processes that improve planning quality
• Analyze academic, engagement, graduation, and accountability data to identify systemic trends

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in education, educational leadership, curriculum and instruction, school
• At least 10 years of experience in educational leadership, academic strategy, instructional
• Demonstrated experience using academic and student performance data to establish strategy and
• Deep knowledge of effective K–12 instructional practices, academic performance measures, graduation
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical capabilities, with the ability to identify systemic
• Proven ability to design coherent planning processes, quality standards, review mechanisms, and

• Annual salary range of $122,073.75–$155,025, with compensation determined by factors including
