📋 Description

• Serve as the primary actuarial advisor for complex healthcare initiatives and build trusted
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations that support
• Oversee the development and delivery of accurate, timely, and high-quality client deliverables.
• Direct the design, execution, and peer review of advanced actuarial analyses while maintaining
• Develop and oversee assumptions, methodologies, and models supporting pricing, reserving
• Lead the creation of scalable actuarial models, analytical tools, and innovative solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, actuarial science, data science, economics, or a
• Fellowship in the Society of Actuaries (FSA) strongly preferred; ASA candidates with significant
• 12+ years of healthcare actuarial experience across areas such as commercial healthcare, stop-loss
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, SAS, VBA, R, Python, or similar analytical tools.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex datasets
• Exceptional written, communication, and presentation skills, including the ability to explain
