📋 Description

• Drive and execute the Activate sales strategy in Germany across a defined portfolio of advertisers
• Win and onboard new clients, generating sustainable and profitable revenue aligned with PubMatic’s
• Build trusted, senior-level relationships with brands and agency decision-makers, positioning
• Develop creative and commercially strong solutions that translate complex programmatic capabilities
• Partner closely with Client Solutions, Solutions Engineering, and Product teams to deliver
• Support and enable generalist sellers to represent Activate with confidence, strengthening team

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in sales or business development within advertising technology, ideally within a DSP or
• Strong understanding of programmatic buying, real-time bidding, and the demand-side ecosystem
• Established relationships with senior stakeholders across advertisers and independent agencies in
• Track record of winning new business and developing long-term client partnerships
• Confidence presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders, supported by strong communication
• Technical fluency and interest in how AI and emerging technologies are shaping the future of
