📋 Description

• Lead improvements to advertising review process, developing scalable workflows and systems
• Review advertising and promotional claims for FDA, FTC, and consumer protection compliance
• Develop compliance guidance, approved claims libraries, and marketing guardrails
• Partner with Growth, Creative, and Clinical to streamline reviews and campaign launches
• Develop reporting and metrics for review volume and operational performance
• Manage vendors and support broader legal operations initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in healthcare advertising compliance, legal operations, or related fields
• Strong understanding of FDA, FTC, and consumer protection requirements
• Experience building scalable compliance processes and workflows
• Experience implementing legal technology, AI, or automation tools
• Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
