Director, AI Client Solutions

📋 Description

• Serve as a senior client-facing AI subject matter expert within the Technology & Talent team
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders across legal, legal operations, IT
• Translate client priorities into practical AI use cases, solution requirements, implementation
• Partner with Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Delivery, Product, Technology, and Legal Talent
• Design solution approaches that combine Axiom talent, client technology ecosystems, AI tools
• Guide technical and operational conversations with client IT, security, privacy, procurement, and

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in AI, enterprise technology, digital transformation, legal technology
• Experience leading client conversations on AI, data, automation, enterprise technology, or
• Strong working knowledge of generative AI, large language models, retrieval-augmented generation
• Ability to communicate clearly and credibly with both executive business stakeholders and technical
• Experience translating business problems into requirements, solution designs, implementation plans
• Familiarity with enterprise technology environments, including APIs, integrations, data flows

🎁 Benefits

• Annual base salary range of $200,000-$230,000
