• Measure results through shorter delivery cycles, reliable software, time saved, and sustained use
• Keep improving the approach as models and tools evolve, turning promising advances into practical

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in software engineering
• 4+ years leading engineering teams, including experience managing managers
• Hands-on AI experience and a clear point of view
• Technical and organizational depth
• Strong platform fundamentals in developer tooling, test infrastructure, or development platforms
• Sound judgment about safe AI development: agent workflows, context, sandboxed environments
