📋 Description

• Design, build, and ship AI solutions to automate workflows, enhance deliverables, and create net
• Own the full lifecycle of deployed AI solutions — concepting, building, maintenance, enhancement
• Architect solutions to securely integrate with Polaris IQ, third-party tools, and client systems.
• Partner with the Head of AI, Client Strategy leads, Media Strategists, Data Engineers, and clients
• In the near future, you’ll manage and develop 1-3 AI Strategists / AI Engineers — coaching, brief

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in marketing (agency-side or brand-side) in roles focused on client service
• 2+ years of hands-on experience shipping and operating enterprise production AI systems — including
• Experience managing and developing early-career talent.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical approaches into value for
• Experience collaborating with Dev / Engineering and Product teams.
• A first-principles problem solver — identifies the root problem that needs to be addressed.
