📋 Description

• Own the technical AI strategy and infrastructure for Mammoth Brands
• Lead Forward Deployed AI Engineering team; hire and set standards
• Drive build-versus-buy decisions across the AI portfolio with exec partners
• Partner with Data Platform to ensure AI-ready data foundation
• Set the standard for AI infrastructure: evals, prompts, agent frameworks, observability
• Represent the technical voice in executive forums, translating AI capabilities into business outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in software eng, applied AI, or technical leadership
• Deep fluency in modern AI: LLMs, agent systems, retrieval, evals, prompts
• Shipped AI systems in production at scale; aware of breaks and costs
• Led technical orgs through ambiguity and fast-moving environments
• Strong product and business judgment; translate problems to tech plans
• Excellent executive communication; defend roadmaps to C-suite
