Director, Assessment Content

📋 Description

• Lead the Assessment Content team and Assessment Research team through subteam managers
• Own delivery of the assessment roadmap including planning, staffing, timelines, and quality
• Partner with Product Management to shape the roadmap through content expertise, research, and
• Manage a million-dollar-plus operating budget and decide how to distribute work across US teams
• Oversee content rights including licensing, work-for-hire agreements, international distribution
• Find practical ways to use AI in content design, editing, and review
