Director, Audit Transformation

📋 Description

• Lead the shift from traditional audit execution to an agentic operating model, setting direction
• Serve as the audit domain expert in product discovery, prioritization, and roadmap planning for
• Work with AI architects and engineers to translate professional standards and practitioner judgment
• Determine which procedures are suitable for agent execution, appropriate autonomy levels, and
• Pressure-test new agent capabilities with practitioners before shipping, creating a tight feedback
• Own, with Customer Success, the transformation motion guiding firms from initial adoption to full

🎯 Requirements

• CPA with 10+ years of financial audit experience at a public accounting firm, including senior
• Experience designing or scaling a repeatable transformation or change-management program
• Strong expertise in auditing standards and audit methodology.
• Experience with audit technology, automation, or AI-enabled tools, audit methodologies, templates
• Working knowledge of quality control/quality management standards as they relate to methodology and
• Ability to translate professional standards into structured workflows and logic.
