• Complete remaining hiring and talent decisions for the Network Engagement team, including final
• Translate state-level priorities and risk plans from account management into specific, actionable
• Relaunch and scale the hub-and-spoke adoption model across priority states, owning provider-side
• Design and continuously improve onboarding and adoption playbooks, defining what should be
• Identify and resolve execution gaps before they become escalations, working directly with account
• Diagnose stalled provider relationships and accounts, determine appropriate corrective actions, and

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading teams in a customer-facing, revenue-adjacent function such as
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Proven ability to translate ambiguous strategic directions into clear, measurable, and actionable
• Experience partnering with a separate revenue-owning organization to translate strategy into
• Demonstrated confidence in making people decisions, including hiring, team development, performance
• Experience diagnosing why a repeatable operational or customer-engagement model has stalled and
