Director, Billing to Cash

📋 Description

• Oversee the effectiveness and efficiency of billing, collections, escalation management, and
• Ensure the effectiveness of the cash application process to support accurate customer statements.
• Identify customer payment trends and develop strategic solutions to protect revenue and support
• Drive collections efficiency through payment automation, including ACH adoption, and optimized
• Leverage systems, enhance processes, and break down silos to create a best-in-class Billing to Cash
• Develop and drive Key Performance Indicator reporting for management and internal teams to support

🎯 Requirements

• University education in a relevant discipline; Finance or Accounting preferred.
• 5+ years of experience leading teams of people managers.
• Ability to lead a high-volume Accounts Receivable department collecting more than $500M annually.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with
• Extensive expertise in Order-to-Cash processes and best practices.
• Credit control and statutory knowledge, including Anti-Money Laundering and Escheatment.
