📋 Description

• Develop and execute the biometrics business development strategy to achieve and exceed revenue
• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across biotechnology and pharmaceutical
• Lead complex commercial pursuits, including end-to-end service agreements and Functional Service
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate and timely updates in Salesforce CRM
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders across clinical operations, data
• Develop long-term strategic client relationships that support account growth, retention, and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; a master's degree, PhD, or MBA is preferred.
• At least 5 years of relevant combined experience across data management, life sciences, technology
• Demonstrated success selling biometrics services, including biostatistics, statistical programming
• Proven ability to negotiate and close large, complex, multi-year commercial contracts.
• Strong executive presence, with excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and
