Director, Business Operations

📋 Description

• Own workforce management across clinician capacity planning, retention, utilization, and
• Translate workforce performance into revenue, gross margin, cost, and unit-economic implications
• Analyze operational and financial data directly to identify performance trends, root causes, risks
• Build forecasts that anticipate clinician supply and demand and surface potential capacity gaps
• Establish and monitor performance metrics covering clinician hiring, onboarding, available slots
• Partner with Clinical leadership on clinical review operations, including workflows, throughput

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in workforce management or capacity planning, including forecasting supply
• Experience owning complex operational programs with direct accountability for measurable business
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to independently investigate large or complex datasets
• Strong business and financial acumen, with an understanding of how operational decisions affect
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders who do not report directly to you and
• Strong prioritization skills and the ability to manage multiple operational workstreams in an

• Base salary range of $165,000–$185,000 per year.
