Director, Business Planning & Architecture

📋 Description

• Lead annual Revenue, Bookings, and Cost planning for the AI Native Engineering (FDE) business
• Build capacity and demand planning models aligning internal and partner resources to pipeline and
• Define data and analytics strategy for operations, metrics, data models, and reporting standards
• Design and evolve the operating model across BizOps, Commercial Ops, GTM, and Tooling
• Develop future organization strategy including headcount and skills roadmaps
• Partner cross-functionally to reflect real business priorities

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in business planning, strategic finance, or related function
• 2+ years of people leadership or cross-functional planning leadership
• Proven ability to build revenue, bookings, cost and capacity/demand models
• Strong operating-model and org-design knowledge; data models and reporting standards
• AI/analytical tooling experience; SQL proficiency preferred
• Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment to senior leadership
