• Partner with Senior Director to translate objectives into operating plans.
• Lead investment briefs: size opportunities and build business cases.
• Drive capacity planning, scenario modelling, and long-range forecasting.
• Define and operationalize OKRs with dashboards and reviews.
• Lead readiness for product launches and partnerships.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in strategy/ops/consulting with 5+ years in a senior role.
• Strong financial/analytical foundation; build capacity models.
• Experience with large-scale growth initiatives, integrations, or partnerships.
• AI fluency and ability to lead AI-driven ops change.
• Cross-functional partner with Finance, Product, Tech, and Operations.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred; strong quantitative background.
