Director, Business Transformation and Value Consulting

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of ARR targets, renewal forecasts, and net retention across the DACH CPG &amp
• Recruit, onboard, lead, and mentor a team of 6–7 Munich-based Value Engineers
• Serve as a Celonis Executive Sponsor on critical DACH deals, leading high-impact executive
• Partner with customer executives to position Celonis as the foundation for modern process
• Cultivate executive-level relationships across regional partner networks, services teams, and
• Standardize and scale best practices, reusable solution blueprints, and CPG/Retail

🎯 Requirements

• Native or business-fluent German (spoken and written) and fluent English
• Based in or willing to relocate to Munich, with willingness to travel to customer sites across
• Track record leading pre-sales, management consulting, or value engineering teams within Enterprise
• Deep domain familiarity with supply chain, procurement, fulfillment, and operational processes
• Demonstrated ability to directly manage or mentor a team of 6–7 high-performing individual
• Strong business acumen with experience owning ACV, net retention, and renewal pipeline metrics
