Director, Cardiac Surgery – Worldwide Indirect

📋 Description

• Develop and execute the Worldwide Indirect cardiac strategy in collaboration with Global
• Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, society leaders, and
• Establish and expand Centers of Excellence and Intuitive Cardiac Institutes of Learning (ICILs).
• Partner closely with Global Distribution Directors and distributor leadership to support cardiac
• Educate and coach distributor organizations on cardiac program development and ecosystem readiness.
• Facilitate collaboration among global cardiac thought leaders and promote cross-country sharing of

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required (science, business, or related field preferred).
• 15+ years of experience in the medical device industry.
• 4+ years of international commercial leadership experience including Asia-Pacific markets.
• Strong understanding of the da Vinci cardiac surgery ecosystem and training pathways.
• Experience supporting KOL development, Centers of Excellence, and cardiac program expansion.
• Proven ability to translate global strategies into operational frameworks supporting regional teams.
