Director, Care Delivery Learning & Development

📋 Description

• Set the learning strategy for hundreds of clinical and non-clinical patient-facing team members
• Establish priorities and learning approaches that support business objectives, operational
• Build scalable learning systems and processes, including intake, content development, cross-team
• Determine when formal training is needed versus more targeted interventions, and select the tools
• Measure learning effectiveness and drive performance improvement through data-driven analysis and
• Build and lead a Learning Center of Excellence, partnering with Product, Quality, and Data partners

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, training, or enablement
• Experience in healthcare, clinical operations, or another complex, regulated environment preferred.
• Proven ability to develop and execute a learning strategy that supports multiple functions
• Experience building or scaling a centralized learning function, including establishing operating
• Strong understanding of adult learning, instructional design, learning needs analysis, assessment
• Demonstrated ability to measure learning effectiveness and connect learning outcomes to observable
