📋 Description

• Define and own the strategy, methodology and governance model, establishing a sustained
• Serve as a strategic thought partner to senior leadership on all major Finance Transformation
• Lead, develop, and mentor a team of practitioners, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Champion a digital-first, data-driven approach to change, leveraging AI tools, analytics, and
• Lead end-to-end change management for Finance Transformation programs including technology
• Develop and execute integrated change management plans: stakeholder analysis, change impact

🎯 Requirements

• 10-15+ years of progressive experience in organizational change management, organizational
• Demonstrated success leading change management for enterprise-scale programs (ERP, M&A
• Proven ability to influence and advise C-suite and senior executive stakeholders without formal
• Experience building and scaling change management teams, centers of excellence, or enterprise
• Deep expertise in a wide range of change management methodologies - Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, McKinsey
• Strong project management discipline, with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives
