Director, Chief of Staff

📋 Description

• Shape and manage the CIO's agenda, ensuring time and focus go to the highest-value priorities
• Design and run the IT operating cadence, including IT leadership team meetings, QBRs, planning
• Partner with CIO Leadership team to translate IT strategy into annual and quarterly objectives
• Collaborate, influence and align peers towards IT strategy objectives, pushing back and questioning
• Lead the ITPMO and maintain a single view of the IT portfolio: status, risks, dependencies, value
• Oversee CIO-sponsored, cross-pillar programs and special projects

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy and operations, IT/enterprise program or
• Experience leading a team, including managers or professionals in program management and/or
• Experience supporting or advising senior executives, and credibility operating in executive forums
• Proven ability to design and run governance frameworks, operating cadences, and decision processes
• Financial acumen: comfort with budgets, forecasting, and investment prioritization
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, including board-ready materials
