Director, Clinical Product Management

📋 Description

• Execute and align the StudyHub product roadmap for the clinical data platform.
• Partner with clinical ops, data science, and digital leadership to surface requirements.
• Lead discovery and delivery with engineers, data analysts, UI/UX and AI scientists.
• Translate complex clinical data workflows into clear product requirements.
• Establish product metrics, track adoption, and drive improvement based on usage data.
• Represent product to senior stakeholders at H1 and Novo Nordisk; communicate tradeoffs clearly.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in product management with at least 2 years at Associate Director or Director level.
• Experience building/managing data products—pipelines, dashboards, analytics tools.
• Strong stakeholder management in enterprise or client-embedded environments.
• Pharma/clinical health data domain experience with clinical ops and R&D stakeholders.
• Startup/scale-up experience; comfort with ambiguity and direct ownership.
• Fluent English; Danish or other Scandinavian language a plus.
