Director, Commercial Finance

📋 Description

• Serve as the commercial finance lead for client accounts.
• Partner daily with senior operations and account leaders.
• Own revenue, margin, utilization, and forecast accuracy.
• Provide financial guidance on staffing, scope changes, investment decisions.
• Lead commercial structuring for new business and renewals.
• Forecast P&L for engagements and identify margin risks.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Finance or Business emphasis preferred.
• 10+ years as a commercial or business analyst with finance/analytics.
• Experience across multiple Monks-style client engagements and service lines.
• Experience with pricing and analytics tools.
• Proven P&L management, including forecasting and budgeting.
• Deep understanding of contract management principles and deal structures.
• Knowledge of outsourcing or managed-services commercial levers.
