• Own how MERGE talks to MERGE. Build the internal communications that keep teams informed, aligned
• Lead internal and corporate communications end to end: from strategy to execution, being the steady
• Use AI to scale and sharpen the work without sacrificing the human voice for MERGE; demonstrate
• Set the strategy: develop and run an internal communications strategy aligned with MERGE’s goals
• Build the cadence: own the rhythm of internal communication including leadership updates
• Govern channels: manage and elevate internal channels including intranet, email, newsletters, and

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in internal, corporate, or change communications with a proven track record leading
• Deep expertise in corporate communications and change management (M&A, digital and platform
• Hands-on experience managing a full suite of internal channels (intranet, email, newsletters
• Fluency with change-management frameworks and a clear, repeatable process for reaching goals
• Superior writing and editing—turning complex, high-stakes information into clear, compelling, human
• Strong executive presence and ability to earn trust; can coach senior leaders and handle
