• Deep Insurance industry expertise.
• Delivery mastery across complex client engagements.
• Ability to re-architect manual processes into automated workflows.
• Executive presence with C-suite; pivot to execution.
• Experience leading cross-functional delivery teams incl. engineers.
• Experience deploying CRM, ERP, EMR, or RPA platforms.
• Understanding of data architectures and APIs/ETL.
