📋 Description

• Own the consumer growth system — conversion, retention, cross-sell, and organic growth.
• Set and evolve consumer growth strategy grounded in data and prioritization.
• Own product decisions that drive quality, polish, reliability, and trust across the app.
• Drive multi-category adoption across gas, grocery, and restaurant.
• Build habit formation into the core product; balance supply/demand and unit economics.
• Lead and grow a team of consumer PMs; scale the team with an AI-centric approach.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years PM experience in consumer apps; strong product judgment.
• Track record owning consumer app growth through a hypergrowth curve.
• Experience leading a team of PMs (5-10) and growing PM talent.
• Deep consumer app expertise; secondary marketplace experience preferred.
• Experience building habit-forming products and driving multi-use adoption.
• AI-centric approach to scaling product management.
