• Define and scale Ripple's global content strategy owning editorial standards, voice, and content
• Lead and develop a team of writers, social strategists, and multimedia producers, including
• Be comfortable with directing traffic, acting as the ultimate decision maker related to how the
• Partner with Communications to develop and amplify executive thought leadership, co-write
• Create innovative narratives for Ripple's suite of solutions translating complex product and
• Build and scale a high-velocity multimedia production engine overseeing video, YouTube, and social

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in content marketing, editorial, or content strategy, with a focus on B2B technology or
• 8+ years building and managing teams, including managing managers with a track record of developing
• Proven ability to lead content strategy at scale across a complex, global organization with
• Strong editorial judgment and a demonstrated ability to set and maintain quality standards across a
• Equal parts strategist and creator able to set multi-year vision and still roll up your sleeves
• Data-driven with a clear point of view on what meaningful content metrics look like and how to tie
