Director, Corporate Accounting

📋 Description

• Own month-end and quarter-end close across global entities.
• Set global chart of accounts and GL policy aligned to US GAAP.
• Lead AP, T&E, and cash accounting operations.
• Manage audits and establish scalable internal controls.
• Build and lead a global accounting team with clear ownership.
• Partner with FP&A, Tax, Legal, Product, and Eng on accounting decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in progressive accounting; 5+ in leadership.
• CPA required; public accounting + in-house controllership.
• Deep US GAAP knowledge; strong AP, T&E, and cash reconciliations.
• Experience leading international teams and multi-entity structures.
• Strong systems orientation: NetSuite, FloQast; close tools a plus.
• SOX readiness and control maturity experience.
