Director - Corporate Accounting & Financial Reporting

📋 Description

• Own corporate accounting areas: debt, derivatives, stock-based compensation, intercompany
• Lead technical accounting for complex transactions with documentation and controls
• Drive purchase accounting and acquisition integration under US GAAP and SOX
• Oversee quarterly US GAAP and annual IFRS statements with disclosures
• Partner with external auditors to lead audit readiness
• Own and enhance SOX controls across processes and systems

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA – required
• 5+ years Big 4 public accounting
• Strong US GAAP; IFRS experience preferred
• Experience with M&A, financial instruments, stock-based compensation
• Hands-on SOX controls and compliance experience
• Strong communication; explain technical concepts to non-finance
• Experience in multi-entity/global organizations
