Director - Corporate Accounting & Financial Reporting

📋 Description

• Own and manage corporate accounting areas including debt and derivatives.
• Lead technical accounting for complex, non-routine transactions.
• Drive acquisition accounting and integration under US GAAP and SOX.
• Oversee quarterly U.S. GAAP and annual IFRS financial statements.
• Partner with external auditors to ensure audit readiness.
• Own and enhance SOX controls across processes and systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA – required
• 5+ years of Big 4 public accounting experience
• Strong US GAAP expertise; IFRS experience preferred
• Experience with complex areas such as M&A and stock-based comp
• Excellent communication and ability to explain technical concepts
