Director - Corporate Accounting inancial Reporting

📋 Description

• Own corporate accounting areas (debt, derivatives, stock-based comp) and intercompany structures.
• Lead technical accounting for complex non-routine transactions with position papers and controls.
• Drive purchase accounting and acquisition integration per U.S. GAAP and SOX.
• Oversee quarterly U.S. GAAP and annual IFRS financial statements and disclosures.
• Partner with external auditors to lead audits, ensuring readiness and issue resolution.
• Own and enhance SOX controls across processes and systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA rquired
• Minimum 5+ years of Big 4 public accounting experience
• Strong expertise in U.S. GAAP; IFRS experience preferred
• Experience with M&A, financial instruments, and stock-based compensation
• Hands-on experience with SOX controls and compliance environments
• Experience working in or supporting multi-entity / global organizations
• Strong communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-finance stakeholders
