Director - Corporate and Product Communications

📋 Description

• Own comms strategy across prime brokerage, treasury, and capital markets products
• Lead end-to-end announcements: partnerships, launches, market infra, milestones
• Build Ripple's thought leadership in corporate treasury and capital markets
• Develop core messaging architecture across product lines to differentiate Ripple
• Lead rapid-response and issues communications on market events and regulatory developments
• Partner with legal, compliance, product, and marketing to align communications with GTM strategy

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in communications/PR in financial services or fintech
• Track record placing stories in top-tier financial media
• Experience preparing and managing C-suite spokespeople across media
• Deep understanding of capital markets and communicating to sophisticated audiences
• Strong relationships with financial and crypto press
• Outstanding written and verbal communication; sharp judgment and adaptability
