📋 Description

• Set the creative vision for Fin’s website and brand storytelling.
• Lead and coach a design team across London/EMEA.
• Push exploration in visual design, motion, typography, and interactions.
• Shape concepts, prototype, and guide execution with the team.
• Maintain and evolve a scalable design system for the site.
• Collaborate with Web, Brand, Product Marketing, Growth, and Engineering.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in digital/web design with leadership experience.
• 5+ years managing designers.
• A portfolio showing exceptional web design craft at scale.
• Deep expertise in interaction design, motion, typography, layout.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams (designers, engineers, marketers, product).
• Ability to set a clear creative bar and provide actionable feedback.
