📋 Description

• Lead underwriting, portfolio management, and credit risk for Brex's existing customers
• Develop portfolio strategies balancing growth, CX, and risk exposure
• Partner cross-functionally to deliver scalable, customer-centric credit decisions
• Coach and develop a high-performing team of managers and credit professionals
• Build trusted relationships with CFOs to evaluate complex credit situations
• Drive operational excellence by improving underwriting workflows and monitoring

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in commercial credit risk, underwriting, portfolio management, or related field
• Deep expertise evaluating business financial statements, cash flow, and credit exposure
• Experience managing existing commercial portfolios, including underwriting and monitoring
• Strong understanding of commercial credit products, liability underwriting, and decisions
• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams in fintech or financial services
• Excellent communication and executive presence, with CFOs and finance leaders
